Activating and receiving the second one-time password using Net password software
- To activate the card’s second one-time password, after downloading the Net password software from City Bank website and install it on your mobile phone, choose a password to enter.
2. Repeat the selected password.
3. If you want to login with fingerprint or face recognition sensor, enable it.
4. Select the More button to activate the one-time password.
5. To activate the second code of the card, scan the code (QR) that you received through Internet Bank. After scanning the barcode, the activation code of the second code of the card will be sent to your mobile number.
6. Enter the SMS code.
7. The second password of the card is activated and can be seen on the main page. After the one-time password generation time expires, a new password will be generated automatically.
